Yes, a deposit of 300 euros must be made for all motorcycles. This deposit is charged to the credit card and paid back when you return the vehicle. The payment can also be done in cash.

Yes, the bikes will be delivered with full tank and must be returned with the same level of fuel as well.

If it is not possible to return the bikes in the same conditions as when collecting them, the customer will be charged the difference in fuel and €5 for refuelling costs.

It depends on the model:
Scooters of 125 cc: driver’s license A1 or B (car license) with more than 3 years
250 cc scooters: driver’s license A2

You must be over 18 years old and own the appropriate valid driving license for the motorcycle you want to rent.

In addition to the above, you need the ID card or Passport and a credit card to make a deposit (also possible with cash). Original ID card and driver’s license must be submitted.

It depends on the chosen rental modality. There are three possibilities: working days (from Monday to Friday), bank holidays and weekends.

On working days you can pick up the bike from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., daily rental comprises 24 hours, so the last day of rental return must be made at the same time, except on Saturdays where motorbikes can only be returned from 10.00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (For example, if your rental begins on Friday for a single day, regardless of pick up time, the return will be on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.)
Rental on bank holidays includes pick up the previous day from 5:00 p.m. and return the next day after bank holiday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
On weekends, there are two options:
– Pick up on Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and return on Monday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
– Pick up on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and return on Monday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

No, it can only be rented for full days in any of the three fare modes.

Only if it is exceeded in more than one hour of the stipulated return time there will be additional charges. The penalty is the equivalent of half a day of the contracted rate.

It depends on the type of rented motorcycle:
– For motorcycles up to 125cc, the limit is 100 Km per day. If this limit is exceeded you should pay a cost of 0.30 € per additional Km.
– Bikes above 125cc and up to 400cc have a limit of 200km per day. If this limit is exceeded you should pay a cost of 0.30 € per additional Km.

In case of accident, you must contact us to inform about it within a period not exceeding 24 hours. The accident report that is attached with the documentation of the vehicle must be completed.

The amount corresponding to the fines for any violation of current and applicable legislation, especially that relating to the Highway code and Transport regulations shall be borne by the lessee of the motorcycle.

Yes, always with approved helmet and suitable clothing.
In case of children, special conditions must be met: they must be seated in the back seat of the driver and must necessarily arrive with the feet on the passenger footrests. If they are over 12 years old they can go with anyone of legal age but if they are between 7 and 12 years old they can only go with one of their parents or legal guardian. Under 7 years old they cannot go on a motorcycle.

Yes, we have some units with installed trunk to offer it free of charge to the customer.

In Valencia motorbikes are allowed to use the Bus and Taxi lanes.

You cannot drive along sidewalks or pedestrian crossings. As a general rule, you must use the free parking areas for motorcycles.
